Biography
Christopher Eccleston infused a new life and vigor into the fan following of Doctor Who series with a downright immersive enactment of the ninth re-imagination of the Doctor. Christopher became a known entity after a stand out portrayal of Derek Bentley in the movie ‘Let Me Have It (1991).’ He got a stronger foothold into the acting industry with a promising stint on the British TV show, Cracker.’ In a bid to break his stereotypical TV image, he bade a farewell to the show in October 1994, when his character is butchered to death by the insanity personified, Albie Kinsella. Some of the movies released in the later part of his career are Lennon Naked, Accused, The Shadow Line, The Borrowers and Blackout.
