Greer was born on 20th July, 1975. She is the daughter of a engineer. The actress was known by the name of Judith Laura Evans in the city of Detroit, Michigan. Later, during her acting career, she changed her name to Judy Greer. She did her schooling from Churchill High School and completed her graduation from The Theatre School, which is affiliated to the DePaul University. She had an affair with Dean Johnsen, whom she loves a lot.
Their relationship faced many controversies, but finally, on December 17, 2011, they went through the nuptials.
